I realize this became an AU (alternate universe) fic after the release of Order of the Phoenix.  I’m planning to continue anyway since I have several chapters plotted out.

Note (22 Sep 2004):  This story is currently on hold.  While I do have several chapters plotted (or at least sketched), I’m uncertain as to what to do with it.  I’m debating changing the pairing, which would involve some reworking of the first chapter.  It will eventually be finished, but probably not any time soon.  Thank you for your interest.
